I reckon that we all have a deep seated wish to become a fully-fledged, all singing, all dancing - human being. There is something inside us that 'knows' that we are more than we seem to be, that there is more to us than meets the eye!

And then, comes a time when we seem to receive a push towards the recognition of this, a call to action, when we are beckoned to explore fresh paths, or fresh parts of ourselves.

These are the turning points in our lives, these are the times when current planetary positioning coincides with, and gives a nudge to, the planetary patterning in our birth charts.

These planetary movements, or transits, encourage us to question whether we need to continue with patterns of behaviour which are outdated, inadequate or stultifying. They help us to question whether we are being true to ourselves, our calling and the part we wish to play in our social world.

Sometimes, the nudge comes from outside, often manifesting in its initial phase, as a thought pattern, an idea or a shift in emphasis. Perhaps something in our outer world doesn't seem to fit, maybe we feel challenged by the actions of others.

These nudges could represent a certain stagnation, which needs to change. We could liken this to a sluggish computer, and in pressing the refresh button, we may loose some old data, but this will in turn enable us to make way for the new.

The process of becoming a fully-fledged individual is at times not easy. We may have to work hard, face up to those things which are not going our way, face our inner and outer dragons!

But we have the potential to emerge from the process, stronger, wiser and to have a more valid expression of our original vibe or patterning.
