Here's a little more info on Aquarius

'Thank your lucky stars ' - do you know where that saying comes from?

Well, one train of thought is that to the ancients, the constellation of Aquarius contains, what were and still are known as the luckiest stars in the sky these stars are Sadmelek and Sadalsuud.

Known as the Water Bearer, actually Aquarius is an Air sign.

The watery vibe comes from the fact that to the Ancient Egyptians, Aquarius was named for the Nile god, Hopi. At the annual time of the Full Moon in Aquarius, July and August - the Nile would flood - the god Hopi would pour his waters upon the earth!

Some see the Aquarian cup as being a representation of the Grail, pouring out knowledge and wisdom into human consciousness.

As we enter the great age of Aquarius, it is said that Aquarius will become the rising sign of the planet earth.

It is hoped that this will herald a new beginning, a movement over the coming years into the creation of a more ethical, innovative society with the highest democratic and egalitarian ideals, raising the vibration of this planet in the process.
